The Stellora Night Light earns its place on a bedside table twice over. Switched off it is a piece of clear faceted acrylic on a slim metal base, catching daylight the way cut glass does. Switched on, the LED throws light through those facets and the whole shape fills with a soft internal sparkle, which is a far kinder thing to wake up to at three in the morning than a ceiling light.

Everything is handled by touch. A tap turns it on and cycles the three white tones, warm for winding down, natural for reading and cool for working, while a long press dims steplessly from a faint glow up to full output. There are no buttons to find in the dark and no clicking switch to wake anyone else in the room, which is what makes it usable as a child's landing light as well as an adult's reading lamp.

It charges over USB and runs cordless afterwards, so it moves from bedside to desk to dinner table without a socket dictating where it sits. Five shapes are available: ball, star, square, moon and track. Pick one as a single accent or group two or three at different heights along a shelf. Charge it fully before first use, wipe the acrylic with a soft dry cloth, and keep it out of reach of small children.
