At Aldridge Home we want the buying part to be as easy as the choosing part, and that starts with being clear about delivery. Every order within the United Kingdom and the United States ships free.

Shipping Locations

This policy covers orders shipped within the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM GMT. Anything placed after that is processed the following business day, which can add a day to the estimate below.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days in total.

Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and regional factors can move them by a day or two.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers in both markets. In the United Kingdom we ship with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and DHL. In the United States we ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: every order within the United Kingdom and the United States qualifies, with no minimum spend.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel is late, damaged in transit or appears to be lost, contact us straight away and we will chase it with the carrier and put it right.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Order Tracking Page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any change appears here with a revised Last Updated date, so please look it over from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
