The Acomb up and down wall light sends beams of warm white light both upwards and downwards, creating a crisp architectural effect that adds depth to plain exterior walls. The slim black aluminium body and acrylic diffusers keep the look minimal, so the light itself becomes the feature. It measures around 10 × 23 × 10 cm, a neat size for doorways and narrower walls.

A 12W LED gives a bright 840 lumens at a cosy 3000K, enough to light a porch or doorway while also washing the wall above and below. The integrated LED is energy-efficient and long-lasting, so there is no bulb to change. The IP65 rating means the Acomb is sealed against rain and dust and ready to stay outside all year. It lights roughly 5 to 10 square metres, enough for a typical front porch.

Fit it to courtyard walls, porch sides, balcony walls or either side of a garage door, or use several in a row to give a modern home a striking evening look. The simple black finish suits render, brick and cladding alike and works well with contemporary garden furniture. Hardwired fittings should be installed by a qualified electrician. A matching pair either side of a door gives a balanced, hotel-style welcome.
