The Cawood Wooden Mushroom Table Lamp is a small, characterful light made from real beech wood. Its rounded mushroom shape doubles as a desk ornament by day and a gentle night light after dark, casting a warm white glow that is perfect for winding down in the evening or finding your way at night. Its gentle light is soft enough to leave on while you drift off, without disturbing sleep.

Four shapes are available, from taller Models A and B to the compact, squat Models C and D, each in natural beech or a rich walnut finish. The natural grain means every lamp is slightly different, and the soft, rounded forms suit Scandinavian, Japandi and nature-inspired interiors, as well as nurseries and children's bedrooms. Each lamp is shaped from solid wood rather than plastic, giving it a satisfying weight and a smooth, tactile finish that feels lovely in the hand.

A simple touch switch turns the light on and off, and a built-in rechargeable battery means there are no cables to trail across the bedside. One to two hours of USB charging gives around four to eight hours of light, depending on use. Small enough for a windowsill, shelf or bookcase, it also makes a lovely, thoughtful gift.
