The Haworth Pavilion Pillar Light takes its shape from a traditional garden pavilion, with a stepped roof and glass panels set into a sturdy die-cast aluminium frame. It brings a touch of period character to gate posts, front walls and the ends of garden paths, and it looks equally at home outside a Victorian terrace, a country cottage or a new-build, adding a welcoming glow to any entrance.

Choose black for a crisp, modern outline or bronze for a softer heritage finish. The solar version has a panel that charges in four to six hours of daylight and lights up automatically from dusk until dawn, with warm, neutral or cool white settings. It is a two-in-one fitting, so it can also be connected to the mains if you prefer. The hardwired version takes a standard E27 bulb of your choice, bought separately, for steady light every evening. Warm white bulbs suit the bronze finish especially well.

An IP65 rating keeps rain, snow and dust out, and the aluminium body resists corrosion through years of British weather. To clean, switch off the power and wipe with a dry cloth. Any hardwired connection should be made by a qualified electrician in line with local wiring regulations.
