The Amberley wall light keeps things simple: a slim black box that throws two neat beams of light, one up the wall and one down. That clean up-and-down pattern adds a quietly architectural touch to a front porch, garden wall or side passage, and it looks just as good against brick and render as it does against timber cladding. The compact size means it works on narrow stretches of wall where a bigger lantern would crowd the space.

Inside is an 8 W COB LED that gives a steady, bright warm white light without the glare common to cheaper fittings, while using very little energy. The body is die-cast aluminium, which resists corrosion and stands up to the weather year after year. An IP65 rating means the sealed housing is fully protected against dust and driving rain, so it keeps working through wet winters and summer storms alike.

Fit one beside the front door to welcome guests, space several along a garden wall for a rhythm of light, or use a pair to frame a garage or gateway. The integrated LED needs no bulb changes, and cleaning is simply a wipe with a dry cloth once the power is switched off. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
