The Whalton in-ground deck lights turn decking, steps and paths into a softly lit landscape once the sun goes down. Each small recessed light sits almost flush with the surface, so it looks neat by day and does not become a trip hazard, while at night it marks edges and routes clearly for safer walking. Each light is only around 2.3 cm wide, so it sits discreetly among deck boards and paving.

This set includes sixteen lights, enough to outline a deck, line a path or light a flight of steps. The bodies are stainless steel with a weather-resistant PC lens that keeps its clarity, and the IP67 rating means they are fully dustproof and can withstand brief submersion in heavy rain. Choose warm white for a relaxed glow or neutral white for clearer, more natural light. Each light draws just 0.6W, so the whole set of sixteen uses around 10W.

The lights run on 12V low voltage from the included driver, which is well suited to timber decking and damp areas. They can be recessed into deck boards, the risers of concrete steps or garden paths as part of a wider landscape lighting scheme. Hardwired fittings should be installed by a qualified electrician. Plan the layout before fitting so the lights sit evenly along edges and steps.
