The Hepple solar pillar light gives gate posts and boundary pillars a smart, modern cap of light without any wiring. The black die-cast aluminium body resists rust, and the white shade spreads the light evenly so the whole top of the post glows softly after dark. The simple round shape suits modern gateways, rendered walls and contemporary fencing.

A solar panel protected by a tempered glass cover charges the built-in battery in four to six hours of sun and keeps charging even on duller days, then provides eight to twelve hours of light. You can switch between warm yellow, natural and cool white light to suit the look of your home and garden. Five sizes let you match the width of your post. Larger sizes carry a bigger battery for longer running on winter nights.

With an IP65 rating against rain and dust, the Hepple is built for year-round use on courtyard fence posts, garden gate posts, driveway pillars and path posts. Because there is no cable to run, it is an easy upgrade for existing walls and gateways. Measure the top of your post before choosing a size, and fit it where it catches direct sunlight. Fit a matching pair on either side of a gate for a balanced, welcoming entrance.
