The Porlock play rug turns a bedroom or playroom floor into a little town for toy cars and imaginary journeys. Choose from three designs: a busy city traffic layout, a number road that brings counting into play, or a car park with marked bays to fill. Each one gives children a clearly defined play space, which also helps keep toys gathered in one spot rather than spread across the whole room.

The surface is soft crystal velvet over a durable polyester construction, so it feels comfortable for crawling, sitting and lying down to read, and holds up well to daily play. An anti-slip backing helps the rug stay put on hard floors. Three sizes are available, from 80 × 160 cm for a reading corner up to 140 × 200 cm for a larger playroom or a shared bedroom.

The bright road markings encourage imaginative play and can help younger children learn about numbers, directions and parking in a fun way.
